With more than 45 years of combined experience in safety and education, we’ve seen what truly works and what just checks a box with no real impact.
Our team brings a unique blend of backgrounds, from the classroom with a degree in education, to safety leadership with a degree in safety, to hands-on field operations and project management leading complex construction work where safety is critical every single day.
Zac and Kemuel hold Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credentials and share a common belief that safety training should go beyond checking a box. Bill brings real-world project leadership experience, managing crews and coordinating high-risk work. Together, we ensure safety is executed in the field, not just documented.
